NEWBORN VISIT

The Newborn Visit

Congratulations on the birth of your new baby!

At your baby’s newborn visit we will:

  • Take their height, weight and head circumference
  • Perform a hearing test, if not completed at birth

GUIDANCE

Swaddling: Will you ever be able to swaddle your newborn as tightly and neatly as they showed you in the hospital? Before you enroll for a swaddling degree, read about it here and the reasons she might still want to wriggle free.

Leaving the Nest: Feel like going on a stroll with your newborn? We’ve got some tips for making your first journey out more comfortable. Read on about slings and taking your baby outside.

We hope this has been helpful, and we look forward to seeing your family soon! Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.
